Colon hydrotherapy is a gentle and therapeutic internal cleansing process that uses warm, purified water to help flush impacted stool, mucus, gas, and accumulated toxins from the large intestine.

We use an FDA-approved closed-system colon hydrotherapy device recognized for its safety, sanitation, and performance in professional settings. This is a clinical-grade detox service using a medical-grade device, guided by a practitioner trained in body mechanics, breath, nervous system regulation, and gut-liver drainage support.

  • Closed-system colon hydrotherapy is a safe and gentle cleansing method that uses purified, temperature-controlled water to flush the colon of impacted waste and toxins. A closed system means the water and waste remain contained through sealed tubing—there’s no odor, no mess, and the process is overseen entirely by a certified hydrotherapist.

  • Most clients find the process surprisingly gentle and even relaxing. You may feel some pressure, cramping, or urge to release, similar to a bowel movement, but discomfort is minimal and often temporary.

  • New clients are required to fill out an intake form and list all contraindications.

    It is not recommended for clients who are pregnant, actively menstruating, recently had colon surgery, or have certain cardiovascular conditions.

  • Add-Ons & Synergy Therapies

    • PEMF Therapy: Deepen drainage, reduce inflammation, support parasympathetic reset

    • Nutritional Consults: Detox strategy sessions and gut-rebuilding guidance

    • Lymphatic Drainage (body or face): Book before or after for optimal flow

    Note: Add-ons are not performed simultaneously with colon hydrotherapy but can be scheduled in the same visit for full-day support.

  • Sessions typically last between 45 to 60 minutes, Initial appointments are about 90 minutes long for intake and protocol., treatment, and aftercare guidance.

  • Eat light the day before your session (avoid heavy meats, dairy, and fried foods), and stay well hydrated. On the day of your session, have a small, easily digestible meal 6-8 hours prior and drink plenty of water.

  • You may feel lighter, clearer, and more energized. Mild fatigue or emotional release is also normal. Be sure to hydrate, eat nourishing foods, and allow time to rest. Avoid alcohol, caffeine, or overly heavy meals for 24 hours.

  • After your session:

    • Hydrate with mineral-rich water

    • Eat simple, nourishing foods (broths, fruits, lightly steamed veggies)

    • Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and heavy meals for 24 hours

    • Rest and allow your nervous system to integrate

  • Yes. Colon hydrotherapy is not recommended for those who are pregnant, actively menstruating, have had recent colon surgery, or have certain heart or kidney conditions. A full contraindication list is included on your intake form.

  • For detox support, we recommend a 2-session weekend cleanse to start. Ongoing sessions vary based on your health goals—some come weekly during a detox phase, others monthly or quarterly for maintenance.

  • Only if you want to! Our unit includes an optional viewing tube with real-time Bluetooth monitor access. Clients can choose to watch the release for educational purposes—or not at all.

  • Hydrotherapy may flush out some bacteria, but not all. Most beneficial microbes live deeper in the mucosal lining of the gut and are not easily disturbed. We also offer optional postbiotic support for reseeding after treatment.

  • Not necessarily, but we recommend nourishing, easy-to-digest foods for the first 24–48 hours. Think broths, steamed veggies, herbal teas, and mineral-rich water.

  • We approach colon hydrotherapy as more than a mechanical cleanse. It's an emotional, energetic, and physiological clearing guided by a trained practitioner who understands structure, function, and flow.
